Creative Nails 5 Stars In My Eyes
A lady named Emily and Tracey, did my mom, my daughter and i's nails, toes and eyebrows yesterday 6/11/2021. I was not having a good day at all and immediately when i walked in i felt very welcomed and very at home there. I hadn't even had the time to sit down before a lady that didn't do our nails got me and my daughter a drink. They got us a nice fancy plastic cup with a straw, ice and the soda in a can. Probably to follow COVID orders. Creative Nails had so many different options of different types of nails and had them readily available to look at and also had a very fancy display of them on the back wall showing what the different colors looked like. It was a better and different approach to the ways things normally are in nail salons where they only have them on the nails on a key ring. Which they do that also if you prefer that. They do everything. Every time a customer walked through the door they wouldn't ignore them or wait a minute, they immediately got up and took care of them and either got them settled with a drink and patiently or would get started on working on them. Which i thought was really cool of them to do. It makes the customers feel like they are important. I would recommend Creative nails to anyone especially if your getting ANYTHING done to your nails lol When i say anything i mean ANYTHING they did an amazing job, was really professional, followed all rules and regulations, was respectful and tool everyone in as quick as humanly possible but didn't russh us which i'm honesty stumped on how they did it but they did do it.
